INTRODUCTION
Hello folks, here in this blog I am going to talk about my summer internship training at F13 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as an AWS Cloud Intern.
For those who are new to the concept of “Cloud”, Cloud computing is an on-demand delivery of IT infrastructure for your computing, networking, high availability, or storage needs with pay-as-you-go pricing (You Pay only for the resources you use).
There are 3 Cloud Platforms currently known to most people and popular around the market i.e. AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
Since AWS has been for a while longer than Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, therefore AWS has more services to work, free training to understand the technology, great documentation for resources, and is widely used.

INTERN JOURNEY
I had done the summer internship training in this company as an AWS Cloud Intern where we had to learn about popular AWS services in-depth and have hands-on experience working with the services
The mandatory procedure of doing AWS Partner Accreditation Certification Courses to better understand the Use Case Scenarios of a company running in AWS Cloud and implementing best practices to help expand the business growth of a company.
There was a 2-week duration in which I had to complete some AWS accreditation courses
Sometimes, the interns were given the task of making a report on companies that have adopted AWS, how did AWS help companies expand their business and increase profits, the benefits of AWS, etc.
TASKS
TASK 1
Details:- Make a full report of AWS Services which are most widely used.
- Explain the AWS services in depth.
- How AWS with its services eases the workload, makes work efficient, and makes it secure and easy to use for the organization, client, or business.
- Why AWS is better than other cloud services like Google Cloud, Azure, etc. Do a Deep analysis and workflow for AWS.
- Explain some famous case studies wherein AWS helped their business to go skyrocket.
- All of the above things should be easily understandable by a business professional, so keep that in mind.
TASK 2
Details:- Create a Website on AWS of your choice(make a free tier account for better understanding)
- Make a report with the best solution included
- Details of every feature used
- Costing Details And Efficiency Report
- Network Diagram for the same
- Explain why to use AWS for a website
- Include a case study of a real-life project of the same domain
- What are famous websites that use AWS, and What all services do they use?
TASK 3
Task 3: Deploy a Windows Virtual Machine(make a free tier task for better understanding)
- Make a report with the best solution included
- Details of every feature used
- Costing Details And Efficiency Report
- Network Diagram for the same
- Explain how virtualization is useful
- Advantages and disadvantages of virtual machine
- Include a case study of a real-life project of the same domain
- What all business uses Virtual machine, list the famous one , and explain their working through a virtual machine.
EVALUATION
EVALUATION (TASK 1)
- The technical team asked basic questions about our opinion on how AWS is changing the industry and how cloud computing is rapidly being adopted by top companies
EVALUATION (TASK 2)
- The technical team had asked us questions about how can we save costs while maximizing our use of AWS services. They explained to us the right way to set up AWS services and explained to us about Budgets for AWS services
- The team asked us about the procedure we followed for hosting a website in AWS. They suggested to our team easier ways to host a website like hosting a website in an S3 bucket.
- Related to the network diagram, they had asked some scenario-based questions on security groups.
EVALUATION (TASK 3)
- The technical team asked about various use case scenarios where virtual machines can be useful
- The team asked a scenario-based question on which Powershell/CLI commands to run for a VM1 to communicate to another VM2
- The team asked a question about our opinions and thoughts about virtualization
CONCLUSION
Experience working with my team members and the company was overall enthralling. I got to learn a lot about AWS services in in-depth, hands-on knowledge as well as taking into account other considerations like the cost of various AWS services.
Done AWS certification courses that covered a lot about AWS Partner Network, which helped in providing training, resources, programs, and workshops for customers/clients.
